It is their 3rd day in Hong Kong and they are ready to move on to another hotel - Hollywood!

Finally the day for the kids - Disneyland!

Hubby and wifey woke up at 0600hrs to get food nearby - preferably porridge. Don't try to act smart if you do not know the area too well, because you might end up finding nothing! So, they decided to approach the customer service officer in the hotel for help.

He tried his best to explain in English and gave them a proper route guide. Apparently, that seem to fail. Either their understanding is poor, or it is the map drew wrongly. Luckily, he did mentioned about the stall name, so that actually gave them some hint.

Morning walk around the street is fantastic. There are not a lot of people yet, but you can see cleaners started to clean up the street. It is not easy to get to the place the officer told them, because there's no landmark given.

Both hubby and wifey had spent nearly 30min outside to locate the porridge store. Of course, they took the opportunity to enjoy the place as well.

They wanted to give up finding the store, so they approach others if they sell porridge; they don't. So hubby walked to another street and just then, wifey found the store!

Xu Liu Shan is located at the corner of the street, opposite the Cha Chang Ting they went to (Han Fook Street). If you found another Xu Liu Shan near by, but basement, that is the wrong description as explained here.

Walk down the dark street, you will see Hong Li stall, which sells porridge and you tiao.

Porridge is one of the main breakfast for the HongKongers. It is smooth and light when you eat; as if you are drinking soup - a must try dish!

The plain and light porridge is gentle for the tummy; apparently hubby gotten himself gong zai mian.

It may not be suitable for both Cait and Clar, because they are not used to such watery porridge. Luckily they ate half of it!

After the quick breakfast, they begun to clear up the rest of the items in the room and head out to the lobby, where the driver is waiting.

In order to get into Disneyland when it open at 10am, they must leave the hotel by 0830hrs, and reached Hollywood  Hotel by 0915hrs.

There are plenty of space to walk around the room, as compared at Hotel Benito.

Cait and Clar cannot resisted by jumping on the bed and touch whatever things they see in the room! It's MICKEY all over, and there's Mickey cartoon throughout the whole day.

There's even lullaby channel to tame the kids down when they are falling asleep.

There's additional charges if you requested for park view upon booking; they are fortunate to get the highest floor! A great night to view the firework in the room!

They decided to watch the fireworks in the comfort of the room instead of squeezing with the crowds.
