Praying to Tai Sui
It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui. For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year.
Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui. Chong is worse than Fan.
It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless. When praying to Tai Sui, you must not forget to return thanks back before end of year; which is before Christmas Day, after Dong Zhi.
Cait and Clar will get bless as well, same goes to rest of the family.
The usual place they often went is at Paya Lebar, Gu Cai Ba Temple (Sheng Hong Gong).
You can go and pray after registering yourself; pray to the main altar, then to the 60 Tai Sui before queuing up for the toaist priest to chant.
It will be a long queue if you go early or noon. The best time will be early evening around 5pm. There's almost no queuing up at all. Things will go pretty fast tho.

The note. Toaist priest will chant first, then spell out the name to Tai Sui.

It is easier to control the kids when the crowd are not there anymore.
But, after praying that day, you must rem to go there and change luck. You need to take a queue ticket in the morning, and it will last very long because each entry is only 10 people at one time.
The toaist priest will chant, then ask the family members to hold their clothes/ or wear; having it being horned by him and get it chop with the stamp. That's the completion for Zhuan Yun.

Can I know where to thank Tai Sui year end...?
Some say before Dong Zhi while some say after Dong Zhi... Confused!
